We operate a modern plant with state of the art equipment that can professionally clean, recondition, re-manufacture and manufacture both engine air filters and industrial dust collectors.
As we are an independently owned and operated company, we have the flexibility to design a custom air filter cleaning programme to meet individual customer requirements. Our free pick-up and delivery service assures customers that their filters are handled professionally and with care.

Cleaning and Reconditioning
Before we clean or recondition an air filter, each filter is carefully inspected by our experienced technicians looking for bad or loose gaskets, cracks, dents and wear. Our advanced inspection equipment can detect pinholes and other damage that might not otherwise be found with a visual inspection. If the filter is not damaged, it will go through the cleaning process. If the filter needs a gasket or seal we will in most cases be able to recondition the filter with new seals.
Our specially designed air filter cleaning equipment allows us to clean a wide variety of air filter types and sizes, including those from buses, trucks, tractors, farm equipment, forestry equipment, construction equipment, sand/gravel equipment, sandblasting equipment, mining equipment, cement silos, industrial equipment, compressors, dust collector systems and more.
Once cleaned or reconditioned, the filter is packed and made ready for shipping back to the customer.
Re-manufacturing
When the media in an air filter has reached the limit of cleaning and the casing and other structural components are not damaged, we will then put the filter into the re-manufacturing process. When we re-manufacture air filters we will restore them to a condition that meets and/or exceeds Original Equipment Manufacturer’s specifications.
This process truly is recycling at its best providing cost savings to the customer and benefits to the environment. Recycling reduces the demand for raw materials. By recovering metal casings and other materials from used filters we helping to reduce the need to extract yet more raw materials from the earth.
